Book Session

By booking a class, you agree to pay the full amount and you will not receive a refund. Class can be rescheduled with a 24 hour notice. If you pay for your booking with a credit card, you will be charged a 3% transaction fee. 
I am fully aware of and appreciate the risks, including the risk of catastrophic injury, paralysis, and even death, as well as other damages and losses, associated with participation in gymnastics, and I release Yorba Linda Gymnastics Academy from all liability due to injuries relating to these activities .I hereby give my consent for Yorba Linda Gymnastics Academy and its agents to select emergency care in case of a serious injury, if the parents, doctor or family cannot be contacted.
